Gate System For The Introduction Of The Molten Metal

The molten metal has to be inserted in the mold, which can be done primarily in two ways. One way is an injection method, and the other is a gate system to let the molten metal into the mold. The gate system must be appropriate for the type of metal you want to work with. Moreover, the gate should be designed so that the molten metal flows without any turbulence and spreads out evenly in the cavity of the mold.
